Meet Trisha Zetterberg, Owner
Trisha Zetterberg, owner of Art & Frames of Coronado, developed a love for art at an early age while spending summer vacations with her grandmother painting, knitting, and doing craft projects. She warmly recalls watching Bob Ross on PBS create his ‘happy trees.’ With over 20 years of art and framing industry experience, Trisha is passionate about sharing the joy and beauty of our talented artists and designing custom frames for our client’s treasured items.
After moving down from the Bay Area with her husband, Jeremy, Trisha earned her bachelor’s degree from San Diego State University in art history, specializing in Japanese art and 19th century European art. In addition to her art history studies, she spent time studying art abroad in Italy and taking art classes of many different mediums. Upon graduation, Trisha joined Art & Frames by Wood Gallery, working closely with the founder of Art & Frames, Jill Hardman.
Before her passing in 2019, Jill Hardman bestowed upon Trisha the honor of continuing her astonishing 44 year legacy and the opportunity to bring the gallery into a new era of fine art. One of Trisha’s missions, through the gallery, is to be a part of client’s homes and art for future generations.
Among her many passions are raising her three children, the local food movement, music, and of course art.
